Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases

We accept returns for all online purchases made at directly for a full refund, within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for a return or exchange must be accompanied with the order confirmation or order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.

Once we receive a notification to process a refund/exchange, a US Postal Service mailing label will be sent to the email address used to place the original order. The shipping cost to return/exchange the item is not included.

  • Please seal the package securely and include a copy of your original email order confirmation/receipt to ensure proper credit.
  • Print the mailing label provided and affix it to your package.
  • Return your package via US Postal Service.
  • The mailing label provided may be used in all 50 states; Washington, DC; and Puerto Rico. It cannot be used for shipping from other locations, gift exchanges or group sales.
