All Submissions must be received during the Promotion Period. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America (excluding Rhode Island), the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry (each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”). Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. possessions, Canadian territories and U.K. possessions or territories are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Velcro USA Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter, receive or participate in this Promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in this Promotion, a Participant is required to enter their name, address and a valid email address in the popup window identifying the Giveaway at www.velcro.com during the Promotion Period (“Submission”). Limit one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to use multiple emails/addresses in order to enter multiple times or anyone submitting multiple entries will be ineligible.
HOW TO RECEIVE THE GIVEAWAY: Recipients will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 20, 2023 from among all eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period (each a “Recipient” and collectively the “Recipients”). Recipients will be notified via email. Recipients will also be announced on the Velcro Companies Brand Facebook page once all Recipients have been notified. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision is final on any and all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of being selected are dependent upon the number of eligible Submissions received during the Promotion Period. The Giveaway will be given, and the Recipients will be notified via email or any other method in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Recipient is disqualified or Sponsor is unable to contact a Recipient within six (6) days from initial notification, he/she may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate Recipient from the remaining eligible Participants, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed Giveaways will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or Facebook account status by any Participants and/or potential Recipients. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential Recipients. Receiving the Giveaway is contingent upon Participant’s fulfillment of all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Recipients may be required to provide their full name, mailing address, and age. If a Canadian resident wins a prize, that person must also answer correctly within a 5 minute time period a mathematical skill-testing question without the benefit of any calculating devices before the prize will be awarded.
THE GIVEAWAY DELIVERY: Two (2) Recipients will each receive one (1) prize package consisting solely of VELCRO(R) Brand products. One (1) Recipient will be chosen from all eligible entries received with US or Canadian addresses with the prize package value being fifty US dollars (USD$50.00); and one (1) Recipient will be chosen from all eligible entries received with UK addresses with the prize package value being fifty British Pounds (£50.00). No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by any Recipient. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery of the Giveaway via U.S. Postal Mail or other appropriate mail carrier service. Sponsor is not responsible for any incomplete, inaccurate or changes to Recipient’s mailing address, or any late, misdirected, stolen, or lost mail sent to any Recipient. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Giveaway for an item of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the Giveaway, or cash substitution is permitted. Other restrictions may apply. All applicable federal, state, local, governmental and other taxes on the Giveaway are the sole responsibility of the Recipient. All other specifics regarding the Giveaway, not mentioned herein, shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. If an element of the Giveaway is unavailable for any reason,
the remaining elements of the Giveaway shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to
Recipients; no further compensation will be awarded.

Sponsor waives any and all liability whatsoever for failure to provide the Giveaway, or any part thereof, as well as for failure to comply with any provision of these Official Rules resulting from a force majeure event, including but not limited to due tropical storms, floods, fires, earthquake, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strikes (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, equipment failure, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, lockouts, acts of God, terrorism, explosion, insurrection, war, government or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove to be invalid), or any other cause beyond Velcro’s reasonable control. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DISQUALIFICATION: All applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as regulations apply to this Promotion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and prohibit from participating any Participant and/or Recipient, who Sponsor determines (in its sole discretion) is or is attempting to: (i) tamper with Sponsor’s website, and/or any part of the Promotion and/or the Giveaway; (ii) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices, (iii) intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor’s agents; and/or (iv) otherwise violating these Official Rules or the Terms of Use of Velcro
Companies’ website. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE VELCRO COMPANIES’ WEBSITE (OR ANY PART THEREOF) OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS LICENSEES (IF ANY) RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER AVAILABLE REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. local courts in and for Hillsboro County, New Hampshire. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein. understands that he/she is providing his/her information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.
