Manufacturing positions include Machine Operators, which require employees to be responsible for the set-up and operation of complex textile and plastics machinery. The majority of positions require employees to stand and operate equipment, follow detailed instructions, make decisions based on the current work assignment, continuously produce a quality product, accurately complete all necessary documents, and have experience with computers. Cross-training is crucial to our business and is encouraged and rewarded.
Distribution positions require employees be responsible for order picking, stock replenishment, packing and accurate completion of paperwork, and have experience with computers. Duties may require the sequencing of job orders for manufacturing to maximize work flow, cycle counting, data entry and communicating order status to Customer Service.
Maintenance positions duties include working with blueprints, schematics, sketches, equipment service manuals and general instructions and have experience with computers.
Quality Control Positions
Quality Control positions require the set-up and testing of products using a wide variety of complex testing techniques. Position requires strong math and computer skills and Statistical Process Control experience.
